We are looking for a new Pensions Manager & Scheme Secretary to join our exceptional team in our Gatwick office.

It is also responsible for 95% of our country’s imports and exports. Employment and recruitment in the maritime sector are changing and workers place a great importance on good pension provision. Ensign is designed to provide this in a class leading manner.
As the Pensions Manager and Secretary to the Ensign Trustee, there will be the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities or projects within the wider Ensign team. It will involve supporting the Trustee with governance, project management and trustee secretarial work, organising and attending Trustee meetings, liaising with a complex group of stakeholders, monitoring administration and investment performance, preparing reports and generally being on-hand to make sure Ensign runs smoothly.
You will be joining a team of exceptional pension professionals, working in a collegiate environment. Being a team player is essential. Experience in a similar governance role is desirable and will certainly possess excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills. Your knowledge and experience will need to sit comfortably with our commitment to best practice. Professional qualifications are desirable, although the company will support the right candidate through a programme of study and learning.
