Companies that have already joined Ensign can access employer-specific information through our Employer Information Exchange (EIE). This is run by Ensign’s own Executive Team.
This is a secure area requiring password access. If you have not yet registered for the service or you have mislaid your login details, email firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your company name, email address, and employer code (if known) and we will register you.

EIE gives employers access to:
- Plan information including annual reports, the Chair’s Statement, and more
- Copies of letters and invoices sent to the employer
- News, updates and developments from Ensign’s Trustee Board
- A contact management system allowing individual employers to transfer contact and other confidential information securely and easily
